Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use Llavai, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or other assistive technology. This statement covers www.llavai.com and the Llavai app.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We think we partly meet it today. This is based on our own checks, including keyboard use, colour contrast and layouts on narrow phone screens. We have not had an independent audit yet.

What we know isn’t right yet

  • Some pages have decorative motion, such as hand-drawn circles and sections that fade in as you scroll. They switch off if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Payments happen on Stripe’s checkout page. We don’t control how that page is built.
  • The area map in the app is hard to use with a screen reader. You can choose your areas from the list instead.
  • Listing photos and descriptions come from property portals and often have no text alternative.
  • Some pages aren’t fully translated yet, so parts may show in English when you have picked another language.

Queremos que cualquier persona pueda usar Llavai, también quienes usan lector de pantalla, teclado, zoom u otras tecnologías de apoyo. Esta declaración cubre www.llavai.com y la app de Llavai.

El estándar que seguimos

Nuestro objetivo es cumplir las Pautas de Accesibilidad para el Contenido Web (WCAG) 2.1 en el nivel AA. Creemos que hoy las cumplimos en parte. Nos basamos en nuestras propias comprobaciones, como el uso con teclado, el contraste de color y el diseño en pantallas de móvil estrechas. Todavía no hemos pasado una auditoría independiente.

Lo que sabemos que aún no está bien

  • Algunas páginas tienen movimiento decorativo, como círculos dibujados a mano y secciones que aparecen al desplazarte. Se desactivan si tu dispositivo tiene activada la opción de reducir el movimiento.
  • Los pagos se hacen en la página de pago de Stripe. No controlamos cómo está construida esa página.
  • El mapa de zonas de la app es difícil de usar con lector de pantalla. Puedes elegir tus zonas desde la lista.
  • Las fotos y descripciones de los anuncios vienen de los portales inmobiliarios y a menudo no tienen texto alternativo.
  • Algunas páginas aún no están traducidas del todo, así que partes pueden verse en inglés aunque hayas elegido otro idioma.

Стандарт, на який ми орієнтуємось

Ми прагнемо відповідати Настановам із доступності вебвмісту (WCAG) 2.1 на рівні AA. Наразі, на нашу думку, ми відповідаємо їм частково. Це ґрунтується на наших власних перевірках, зокрема роботи з клавіатури, контрастності кольорів і вигляду на вузьких екранах телефонів. Незалежного аудиту ми ще не проходили.

Що, як ми знаємо, ще не гаразд

  • На деяких сторінках є декоративна анімація, наприклад намальовані від руки кола та розділи, що з’являються під час прокручування. Вона вимикається, якщо на вашому пристрої ввімкнено зменшення руху.
  • Оплата відбувається на сторінці Stripe. Ми не контролюємо, як зроблена ця сторінка.
  • Карту районів у застосунку важко використовувати з програмою зчитування екрана. Ви можете вибрати райони зі списку.
  • Фото й описи оголошень надходять із порталів нерухомості й часто не мають текстової альтернативи.
  • Деякі сторінки ще не повністю перекладені, тож частина тексту може бути англійською, навіть якщо ви вибрали іншу мову.
